The three states of being you should be aware of.

_________________________________

Pilot Energy (n.)

The desirable state of being present, confident, and in charge of your life. It grows from a strong sense of self-worth and agency.

Use examples:

"She has Pilot Energy."

"I'm building my Pilot Energy."

Passenger Energy (n.)

The depleted state of being checked-out, insecure, and at the mercy of your circumstances. It comes from low self-worth and the habit of living your life on autopilot.

Use examples:

"That's giving Passenger Energy."

"When I doubt myself, I default to Passenger Energy."

Copilot Energy (n.)

The transitional state of being aware and learning to trust yourself. It comes from actively building your self-worth and choosing to no longer be a passenger in your own life.

Use examples:

"Sometimes I drop into Copilot Energy just to get by.”

"I'm not going to stay in Copilot Energy forever."
